Each well-child check-up includes a growth and weight evaluation, a full developmental assessment, and a complete physical examination.
South Charleston Pediatrics well-child check-up schedule is as follows:
- hospital visit after birth
- 2 weeks
- 1 month
- 2 months
- 4 months
- 6 months
- 9 months
- 1 year
- 15 months
- 18 months
- 2 years
- 2 1/2 years
- 3 years
- and annually through 18 years of age
