With the growing number of COVID-19 cases, we are altering our current protocol for the safety of our patients.

Waiting Rooms

Our waiting rooms are currently closed. When you arrive at the office, please call from the parking lot, and you will be directed to a room.

Well Visits

We will see well visits that need vaccines and well visits that have pressing medical issues that cannot wait in the Teays Valley office and the 3rd floor office in Charleston. No one will be allowed in these offices with a fever, cough or shortness of breath.

Sick Visits

Sick patients will be cared for in the Charleston office on the first floor. We will have sick clinic in the Charleston office from 8 am-10am (Monday-Saturday) and scheduled sick appointments throughout the day.

Nursing advice is available during office hours, and there will be an on call provider when the office is closed.

Telemedicine

South Charleston Pediatrics is excited to inform our patients that telemedicine visits are now available.

We continue to strive to care for our patients in the safest environment with the best medical care. With this in mind, not all visits are available for virtual appointments. If you have any questions, please call and talk with our nursing staff.

If we feel you must schedule a face to face visit, you will be instructed which office and times would be in the best interest of your child.
